The Changchun Yuanda Sales Center contracted by Gekea EPC is located at a busy intersection in the southwest corner of the project site. Facing the bustling traffic, people, and the buildings on the opposite side.

In the eyes of architects, this building can become a sales office, perhaps a spiritual fort for a project, or a Regional landmark, a street park view of a city...

Therefore, the design caters to the site traffic and adopts double-sided pedestrian entrances. Arrange a large area of green area, and the ratio of building green area can reach 1:1.5.

High floor area ratio commercial complex is the main direction of Changchun Yuanda sales center. The designer hopes to make this sales center different from the past and let people enjoy When you approach it, you can feel the natural taste and the humanized space ratio when you walk into it, which has a strong affinity.


Interestingly, the container as the main building material is already a definite proposition. And these cold iron boxes conflict with the natural flavor. Since these conflicts cannot be resolved, they simply make this conflict into a strong contrast relationship, so that nature and l are intertwined, thus forming an affinity and dynamic space to cater to this young project.

The designer set two highly contrasting elements to create the entire building and the surrounding space, one is formed by the container steel skin Element, one is a natural element formed by wood and greenery. The two elements are intertwined and twisted to construct a number of interesting spaces. The use of overhead, cantilevering, and dislocation combinations at the bottom level builds a rich spatial hierarchy. This interweaving creates a strong sense of movement and makes the building richer Expressive and not rigid.


The superposition of the sales center and other functions creates a new scene. The sales center includes: reception area, traffic core, exhibition area, There are seven functional zones for negotiation area, toilet, office area and roof garden area. In order to extend the architectural space and make it look "big", an entrance garden landscape was designed.

Like many works by the famous architect Tadao Ando, the garden is also a part of the building and is a spiritual purification before people enter the real space. space. The entrance landscape extends from the ground all the way to the second floor, and the garden slowly turns into a sky courtyard, which interestingly echoes the positioning of the sky city in the sales center.

The reception space is set on the second floor, using height to get rid of the hustle and bustle of the intersection. Before entering the reception area, you can also notice the sand table on the first floor through the skylight, allowing customers to feel the overall situation of the project from the perspective of God.


At this time, customers will slow down and stop in this sky courtyard to discuss the future life, and enter the Changchun Yuanda sales center with longing.


The interior design is warm, using container, glass, anticorrosive wood, corrugated board and other building materials. The main style is modern and simple, with black, natural wood color and gray , White is the main color, the use of spotlights, the precise light perception, highlight the style of the sales center, and the natural light and shadow sprinkled by the skylight also make people feel extra comfortable.

A large number of wood veneers in the negotiation area create a more comfortable atmosphere. At night, the floodlight design of the lighting landscape road and The light sand table behind the large-area lighting window has also become a unique landscape on the edge of the city.



The use of floor-to-ceiling windows makes the whole building a semi-transparent building, without the oppressive feeling brought by a closed box, and has a sweeping view of the outdoor landscape, separated from the closed wall The reception space becomes more spacious and bright. At the same time, the floor-to-ceiling windows are close to the main road, and the flow of people is frequent and stable, providing a good environment for the project's sand table display.


Factory prefabricated, on-site installation: The main construction and decoration of the Changchun Yuanda Sales Center are prefabricated in the factory, and then sent to the site for installation. The project can be controlled within 50 days from design, site selection to completion of construction.
